Sauna & Cold Plunge
Treat yourself and your friends to an epic experience of heat and sweat, & refreshing cold plunge, with scrub and plant tea for steaming the rocks included. Walk away feeling ultimate relaxation in all your muscles.
Herbal Plant Bath
Soak for hours in a bath of herbal tea in our garden clawfoot tubs. We harvest a fresh batch of aromatic herbals before each bath and extract all the medicinal goodies of the plants growing here on the land. Bring a friend, or a lover, there are 2 tubs!
Massage
Enjoy a deeply relaxing Thai massage (or table if you prefer) that is guaranteed to completely bliss you out. This ancient massage practice focuses on opening up physical and energetic channels. You will leave feeling grounded, open, and more connected and embodied.
