Learn the key components of your digestive anatomy, and discover herbal allies to strengthen their functions.

Herbal Remedies

Understand common ailments of the digestive system and which herbs can help rebalance your gut.

Fermentation

Learn to cultivate probiotics with wild fermentation. Infuse those ferments with herbs that strengthen digestion.

Oil Infusions

Infuse oils with herbs that enhance your food, beverages, and skin- and belly-care routines.

Honey Infusions

Team up with the bees to make some of the most potent and delicious medicine available!

Herbal Elixirs

Learn to combine your infusions with your favorite drinks to make cocktails (or mocktails) that improve digestion.
