About your Instructor

Cat is an E-RYT 500 yoga and meditation instructor, reiki practitioner, sound healer, and plant medicine guide. She intertwines the art of storytelling and kriya into her yoga classes to guide practitioners through a transformative journey on the mat. Drawing from the wisdom of ancient teachings, Cat illuminates the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit fostering a space for self-discovery and growth. Cat is passionate about helping others remember their fullest potential. She is a community maker that brings people together for powerful classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher training programs around the world.

In addition to yoga, Cat loves dogs, dance parties, and making flower crowns. She has a husband, daughter, and three dogs!
